"The Music Creator" is an algorithmic music composer for the IBM PC, created in 1989 by Israeli cartoonist Yaakov Kirschen of LKP Ltd.

Decades before the debut of DALL-E, Kirschen developed this "artificial creativity" system to let computers compose music by recombining components extracted from existing popular songs and classical music. The software was originally developed for the Amiga, but business changes led LKP to abandon that platform and port the program to the PC. Only the PC version survives.
